When you sign-up for your first personal training session, we will provide a complimentary holistic fitness evaluation. This includes a one-hour guided discussion on how to organize your house or apartment into a fitness-friendly environment, customized strength and conditioning plans, instructions for performing workouts on your own, and individualized nutritional guidelines.

Each training session consists of dynamic warm-up movements to increase flexibility, mobility, and improve joint health. Mid-workout exercises build strength and conditioning. Finally, post-workout stretching focuses on injury prevention.
